Terms of Use

Shipments created through the GBEX panel are subject to the carriage agreement between GBEX Uluslararası Kargo Taşımacılığı and the user. By registering for the panel, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

The user is responsible for accurately declaring shipment contents and for compliance with the destination country's import regulations. Customs penalties and return costs arising from incorrect or incomplete declarations are passed on to the user.

  • Dangerous goods, live animals, and prohibited items may not be shipped.
  • The label fee is charged to your wallet balance at the time of purchase.
  • Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier-caused delays.

Privacy Policy

Sender and recipient information you submit through the panel is processed solely to provide the carriage service, generate the customs declaration, and issue invoices.

Recipient address details are shared with the relevant carrier and customs broker so the shipment can be delivered; they are not otherwise disclosed to third parties or used for marketing purposes.

  • Payment card details are not stored on GBEX servers.
  • Shipment records are retained for the period required by law.

KVKK Data Protection Notice

Under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is GBEX Uluslararası Kargo Taşımacılığı. Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of establishing and performing the carriage agreement.

Under Article 11 of the law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You can send requests to turkey@gbex.com.tr.
