Yes, an invoice is issued for every wallet top-up and label purchase and is accessible from your panel.

Can I create multiple shipments at once?
Yes, you can enter shipments individually in the panel, or upload an Excel template to create shipments in bulk.
Which carrier options are available?
Depending on your shipment's destination and urgency, compare prices across express, economy and road service options and pick a carrier.
What is ETGB micro-export, and who can use it?
Turkey's Electronic Customs Declaration lets shipments up to 300 kg and €15,000 clear customs quickly and cheaply, without a full declaration. It suits businesses selling abroad via e-commerce.
