Is it free to open an account on GBEX?
Yes. Creating an account requires no setup fee or monthly commitment. You only pay for the shipping labels you purchase.
How do I pay?
At checkout, you can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or GBEX wallet balance. Card details are not stored on GBEX servers; the transaction is completed through bank/payment institution infrastructure.
Can I review the agreement and refund terms before purchase?
Yes. The distance sales agreement, privacy policy, delivery times and cancellation-refund terms are presented on the legal information page and during the purchase flow before payment.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, an invoice is issued for every wallet top-up and label purchase and is accessible from your panel.
Creating a Shipment
Can I create multiple shipments at once?
Yes, you can enter shipments individually in the panel, or upload an Excel template to create shipments in bulk.
Which carrier options are available?
Depending on your shipment's destination and urgency, compare prices across express, economy and road service options and pick a carrier.
What is ETGB micro-export, and who can use it?
Turkey's Electronic Customs Declaration lets shipments up to 300 kg and €15,000 clear customs quickly and cheaply, without a full declaration. It suits businesses selling abroad via e-commerce.

1 business day to Europe on express, 1-2 business days to the Americas; economy and road options range 3-7 business days.
What if my shipment is damaged or lost?
